To ensure a seamless experience, all events at The Willow Ballroom must select:
Catering & Bar Service from our preferred vendor list
DJ from our curated list (required due to the acoustics of the space)
Wedding Planner (if applicable), also from our approved list
Our catering partners manage setup, teardown, and cleanup based on your finalized floor plan, ensuring the event runs smoothly from start to finish.
A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (50% of total cost) are required to secure your date.
A refundable security deposit (typically $500 for damage/extra cleaning) is due along with the balance.
Final payment is required 90 days after booking.
Dates cannot be held without both a contract and a deposit.
Event-day insurance is required and will be outlined in your contract.
